We'll chat standard investment for the scope of the event and I'll share some a la carte pricing for other add-ons. If these amenities align with your client's needs and you'd like something client-facing, I'll put together a customized offering with exactly those components, should you need something client-facing.

Officially official! A contract & date retainer mean the date is locked.  Contracts are available via Docusign and payment via Maroo (or mailed check). Our date retainer is forty percent with the remaining balance due a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. Our preference is two payments (one at a mid point, and one 30 days from the event).

We are finally here! All the logistics turn into something real. I cannot wait to see what you create! Depending on our roll-out plan for images, we may send some sneak peeks and request the full vendor list from you so we can tag appropriately. 

I am very flexible with family formals lists and event timelines. I always appreciate a final walkthrough call, especially for multi-day events. I do ask to chat with you about social sharing timelines/publication plans so we are all on the same page (if publication or exclusivity is something we are considering).

Beautiful, digital gallery delivery.  All of the incredible images from their day, completely accessible via a private, online gallery. You receive access via e-mail--they receive this information in a custom gift box that contains log-in instructions on embossed stationery along with a few of my favorite, hand-selected prints. Personal and intimate, just like their day. Turn around is 6-8 weeks, with days including film at the end of that range.

Weddings are intensely powerful. They go beyond a social event, a familial tradition, or even a damn good party. There's something so poignantly sacred about wedding days. This could be the last time our bride holds her grandfather's hand, the last time our groom hears his mom's laughter. This could be the first time they have their friends together in one room. There is so much potential emotional impact of a wedding. That emotional potential is the beating heart of a wedding and how I see connection, art, and movement.

It is so important to me that my couples are aligned with that sentiment. I would love to work with you if your clients also feel (and want to feel) the emotions of the day, to be fully present and invested in the guest experience, to prioritize connection over forced moments. 

Your work is beautiful and deserving of phenomenal photography, there's no doubt about that. The second side of the day--the human part of the day--depends on them. You know them better than any other vendor and I trust you completely to know if we would be a good fit.
