Delaney

   

While I primarily photograph weddings an engagements, seniors are also a favorite of mine. Summer is prime time senior season, and the time of year when I most recommend scheduling your senior session.

When Delaney inquired about a sunflower senior photo session, I was so excited. Northern Maine is home to so much natural beauty, but the seasons here are short. This rule is no different when it applies to flower seasons!

Sunflowers offer an explosion of color and the gorgeous vistas surrounding the Buck Farm in Mapleton boast the most gorgeous combination of color & view.

Alongside this vibrant young woman, I really could not have asked for a better summer evening. Delaney is a vivacious, incredibly well-rounded senior, advocate, and pageant queen, and it was so fun following her through flower fields and capturing a relaxed senior session on a stormy-turned-sunny evening.

Her constant quest for achievement will take her big places, and these sunflower portraits are just a glimpse into the brightness that lays ahead.
