I am so excited to share this late summer wedding with you all!

Ryan & Kenzie’s day held steady to the last fleeting temperatures of summer and a golden glow that made for some amazingly romantic portraits. Were I not there, I would have thought the soft light and dreamy temps were a destination wedding in Charleston or Tennessee—not a wedding at the end of September in northern Maine. But alas, the day was perfect.

I wish I could say that all of this came together by happenstance and that the day was perfect because we are THAT blessed, but credit goes to the new Mr. & Mrs. Pelkey for carefully curating every detail their day.

When I first had a wedding consult with Ryan & Kenzie a year and a half ago, I was blown away by how prepared they already were. They didn’t have all of the details nailed down, but Kenzie had a vision, and I knew that she was going to create something magical. I just didn’t realize how magical.

From sweet, personal vows to each other to the dreamiest golden-hour session ever, The day was full of laughter, tears, and a whole lot of beauty. This Stone Ridge Event Center wedding offered pastel colors, sultry portraits, filmic vibes, and a drop-dead gorgeous couple so completely in love with each other and a very special little girl.
