Parker and Jillian celebrated their wedding with so much love from family and friends. Nestled on a hillside overlooking mid-coast Maine, their classic location was perfected by the combination of summer sunshine and sea air. I really could not have asked for a more beautiful day or a more stunning couple. Joyful and full of laughter, Parker & Jill’s day really reflected them as a couple and made it so incredibly evident how much their friends and family care for them. So much attention to detail was poured into this setting and thoughtful detail after thoughtful detail came together to make this coastal wedding day earthy and rustic with just the right amount of elegance. And I think that’s my favorite part about being a wedding photographer in New England: meeting wonderful people like these two.

We started our day at Fireside Inn in Belfast before I made my way to the ladies in Northport. Jillian & her gals were getting ready at her parent’s new home—the location of the day’s celebration! I’ll be honest—when I pulled in, my jaw dropped a little. Tucked back in the trees, the view isn’t noticable at first, but when we reached the reception location, you can see the harbor and islands below for the perfect vista.

So much attention to detail was poured into this setting and thoughtful detail after thoughtful detail came together to make this coastal wedding day earthy and rustic with just the right amount of elegance. Classic Maine. Tranquil blues, homemade floral arrangements, decor, and the most epic swing later, the day was so beautiful words simply can’t do it justice.
