Now that you’ve said yes, the wedding planning journey is just beginning. You’ve narrowed down some big ideas, talked to the people you love most, and decided that you want to prioritize artistry in the creation of your heirlooms.

As your wedding photographers & videographers, we are honored to be a critical component of your thoughtfully designed wedding. We’re with you for every step of this process and humbly part of some of the most intimate moments you’ll experience on your day.
For this reason—and because every wedding has a different set of needs—we uniquely tailor our streamlined process to you. The first step? A complimentary consultation.
01. consult
Once you’ve filled us in on a few details here, we’ll set up a time to chat via phone or Zoom to cover your wedding details with a more personal approach! A day or two later, we’ll send over a customized proposal with a few options we think will be perfect.
03. engagement
We believe that engagement photos are SO important for many reasons: comfortability in front of the camera, getting to know us, and practicing for the wedding, to name three. For these reasons, engagement sessions are usually included in our custom collections.
05. wedding day
This is it! Everything we’ve been working toward comes together here, in this gorgeous statement of a party. With plenty of time to invest in being present & intentional, you and your guests will feel the love. Our precise, guided approach to posing keeps things natural without leaving you wondering what to do.
02. sign
Once you’ve had a chance to look through the collections and select something that feels tailored to your day, the only thing left to make your wedding official on our calendar is digitally signing the contract and submitting your date retainer! The process is simple and entirely online.
04. planning
We allow you and your planner to finalize your details with your vendors before we check in with questionnaires. Around 6-8 weeks before the big day, we’ll gather the needed information to craft a timeline for dreamy portraits of you during the day, but always prioritizing the natural glow of golden hour.
06. delivery
With sneak peeks arriving to social media 24-48 hours after your wedding, you’ll get another taste through your blog post! Then, after 6-8 weeks of perfecting and polishing, your photography gallery and final wedding video will be live. Online delivery and download keeps the process simple, but heirloom albums and prints are the heartbeat of any photography event.
