Every wedding day, I ask the groom how he’s feeling. Anxious? Excited? Usually the answer lands all over the board from hot to hungry to nervous to ready. So, on this fabulously sunny day in September, I couldn’t help but smile when Bradley told me his answer. I asked if he was at all nervous and his response was simple: not at all.
This quiet confidence of two people so comfortably in love with each other was distinct to Kayla & Bradley’s wedding and not something I see every day. They just knew—this is my person. It’s the gentle, easy kind of love between two hearts that simply want to be together. It is, perhaps, what humans identify as home.
So, on this sunny day in Corinth, Maine, a Puddledock Gathering Post wedding lead to Kayla & Bradley’s final destination: each other. With a shortened guest list of the closest family and relatives, the day was heartfelt and intimate with amazing, garden-plucked florals and donuts for dessert. Finished off with a golden sunset and round of dancing, the day was captured start to finish via photography and videography.
